Sessions are stored in local storage — they never leave your device and won't appear on other browsers or devices. If you log a workout on your phone, that data stays on your phone.
Use Export backup (JSON) to save a copy and Import backup to restore or move it. Back up regularly if your data matters to you.
Logging a session
Pick an exercise from the Log tab, enter sets with reps and weight, add an optional note, then tap Log Session. Use the muscle group filter chips or search to find exercises quickly.
Rest timer
Built into the log form. Tap Start after each set — it'll vibrate and send a notification when rest is up, even if you switch apps. Grant notification permission when prompted for this to work.
Routines
Create a routine in Manage with your exercises in order. Start it from the Log tab and the app walks you through each exercise in sequence, automatically advancing after each logged session.
Progress & history
The Progress tab shows a chart for any exercise — switch between max weight, total reps, and volume. Use the timeframe buttons (1W / 1M / 3M / YTD / 1Y / All) to zoom in. Muscle group frequency bars show which groups you've trained in the last 30 days.
Install as an app
iOS: tap Share → Add to Home Screen. Android: tap the browser menu → Install app. Works offline once installed.
